So Ace has over time had a lot of things when it comes to houses and even a bus, but where does he get the money from? Well renting out some of the things he owns since he ain't using it all at once.
So to make it not being standing empty he had some tenants, that he of cause had to go and get rent from, but at times it just so happen they didn't have the money for the rent.
So a lot of the time they needed to buy more time to get the money, so they had to suck it up to Ace which this first one did very well.
