When the sun is out its a bad idea to sit inside, even though that was what Ace had planned until he had a call from a friend, who for some reason invited him to go to a beach, yet the part of the beach his friend wanted to be at, was the part that required them to be nude.

Not that Ace had any problems with that, he got something to look at but so did his friend, as they where laying on the double sun bed Ace suddenly felt his friend pulling him closer to the middle, as they now where laying close together Ace slightly notice his friend having a few looks of his manhood, before he then felt something a bit hot.

So Another day another tenant to visit to ask about rent, which was a part of Ace's life since he started to renting out his places that he owned, So when talking with this tenant it went as the last one he visited, though this one didn't hesitate to take action right when they came to the part of how to extent the time to get the money for rent, as Ace suddenly found himself without pants and a warm sensation around his stick.
